Tiger Meat Chili

1–1/2 lbs. 90% lean ground beef

3 tbsp. horseradish

2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

3/4 cup chopped white onion

Mix above ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight

2 15 oz. cans chili beans with sauce

1 15 oz. can red beans drained

1 46 oz. can tomato juice

1-1/2 tsp. chili powder

3/4 tsp. black pepper

2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. cumin

In large kettle, brown meat mixture. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 12 hours. Freeze leftover in small containers and pull out whenever you like.
