Following the Falcons

Sunny Days in Omaha

We Omahans are wondering, what’s that big bright orb in the sky?

It’s the sun! They say Omaha officially gets 214 days of sunshine a year (pales to Denver’s 245 but comes close to Austin’s 228), but these last few weeks have been overcast and cloudy.

Now that the sun is back, it looks like Charity is enjoying basking in the morning light, in her east-facing nest. The next few days are supposed to be sunny so enjoy those well-lit images from WoodmenLife’s falcon cam!
